He then developed a business management software and launched Revelate SA. It integrates a series of AI-driven components to simplify and automate multiple aspects of business management.
The challenges of the place of people and work in a society augmented by the power of machines lead him to become involved in the ImpactIA Foundation.
An amateur of contemporary dance, he created the “DAI”AI, a robot dancer and interpreter in partnership with the Immobilité company Foofwa, which he chairs.

He provides training for trainers as part of the Swiss Federal Certificate in www.formations.ch, which he co-created, as well as the DAS at the University of Geneva. He has been leading teams of specialists in the field of skills development for nearly 30 years. Among his passions, two themes that upset and are nevertheless essential to the future of companies: the real quality approach and the question of employability.
